普鲁兰酶是由地衣芽孢杆菌（Bacillus licheniformis）优良菌种经深层发酵精制提炼而成。可广泛应用于淀粉糖、酸（盐）、啤酒糖化、改性淀粉、食品酿造等行业。
The Pullulanase Bacillus licheniformis is refined by deep fermentation of a superior strain of Bacillus licheniformis. Can be widely used in starch sugar, acid (salt) , beer saccharification, modified starch, food brewing and other industries.
