褐藻胶裂解酶由我公司从国外引进优良菌种经液体深层发酵精制提炼而成,它能在中性pH6-8条件下有效水解褐藻胶,可广泛应用于褐藻及褐藻酸钠、褐藻寡糖的加工等行业。

一、原理:

褐藻胶是由α-L-古罗糖醛酸和它的异构体β-D-甘露糖醛酸以1,4糖苷键连接成的线性多糖,褐藻胶裂解酶降解褐藻胶是以β-方式进行催化,在C4,5之间形成不饱和双键,并产生还原端的降解过程,将长链多糖降解为短链寡糖。

二、产品规格:

液体型: 黄褐色液体 10000U/ml 25KG/桶

固体型: 黄色粉末 250000U/ml 25KG/桶

常温下六个月不低于标定酶活,避免高温日晒。

酶活力定义:1ml液体酶在40度下每分钟降解褐藻胶产生1μg的还原糖所需的酶即1个酶活力单位,以U/ml表示;

三、使用方法:

在纯褐藻胶降解生产中,以固体酶为例(液体酶添加量一般为5~7.5%;固体酶添加量一般为0.2~0.3%),2%褐藻酸钠水溶液(褐藻酸钠:索莱宝,试剂级),初始粘度700左右,35度搅拌条件下加固体酶0.3%(以褐藻酸钠计),5分钟后粘度降至10,1小时后水解完成,褐藻胶溶液变成水状液体,产品分子量200~2000,聚合度2~10。

The alginate lyase is produced by our company from the excellent strain introduced from abroad, which is refined by submerged fermentation. It can hydrolyze alginate effectively under the condition of neutral ph 6-8, it can be widely used in the processing of brown algae, sodium alginate and alginate oligosaccharides. 1. Principle: alginate is a linear polysaccharide linked by α-l-guluronic acid and its isomer β-d-mannosyl acid by 1,4-glycoside bond. The degradation of alginate by alginate lyase is catalyzed by β-, an unsaturated double bond was formed between C 4 and 5, and a degradation process of the reducing end was produced, which resulted in the degradation of the long-chain polysaccharides into short-chain oligosaccharides. 2. Product specification: Liquid Type: yellow-brown liquid 10000U/ml 25KG/barrel solid type: yellow powder 250000U/ml 25KG/barrel at normal temperature for six months not less than the activity of demarcated enzyme, avoid high temperature sun. Definition of enzyme activity: 1 ml of liquid enzyme required to degrade alginate at 40 °C per minute to produce 1 μg of reducing sugar, i. e. 1 unit of enzyme activity, expressed as u/ml; 3. Usage: in the production of pure alginate, take the solid enzyme as an example (the adding amount of liquid enzyme is 5 ~ 7.5% ; the adding amount of solid enzyme is 0.2 ~ 0.3%) , 2% sodium alginate aqueous solution (sodium alginate: soraleb, reagent grade) , initial viscosity about 700, solid enzyme 0.3% (in sodium alginate) under 35 degree agitation, viscosity reduced to 10 after 5 minutes, after 1 hour, the hydrolysis was completed, the alginate solution became water-like liquid, the molecular weight of the product was 200 ~ 2000, the degree of polymerization was 2 ~ 10. 4. The difference between the enzymatic method and the traditional one: the conditions of the traditional one are pH = 11,70 ° C, PH = 6 ~ 8,45 ° c. the molecular weight of different oligosaccharides is 200 ~ 400, the molecular weight of low oligosaccharides of polymerization degree is 200 ~ 2000, distributed evenly using a large number of chemicals, complex process, simple process, high product purity, our company will work with you to improve the process and solve problems.
