β-葡萄糖苷酶(β-D-Glucosidase，EC3.2.1.21)，又称β-D-葡萄糖苷葡萄糖水解酶，别名龙胆二糖酶、纤维二糖酶(cellobias，CB或β-G)和苦杏仁苷酶。它属于纤维素酶类，是纤维素分解酶系中的重要组成成分，能够水解结合于末端非还原性的β-D-葡萄糖键，同时释放出β-D-葡萄糖和相应的配基。

Β-D-Glucosidase (EC 3.2.1.21) , also known as β-D-Glucosidase, also known as Gentian disacylase, cellobias (CB or β-g) and amygdalinase. It belongs to cellulase, and is an important component of cellulolytic enzymes. It can hydrolyze the non-reductive β-d-glucose bond at the end and release β-d-glucose and corresponding ligands.
