海带水解酶

本酶引进优良菌种经液体深层发酵精制提炼，针对海带（褐藻）开发的专用水解酶。可作用底物干海带与鲜海带（整颗海带）均可，广泛适用于海藻肥料加工行业。

一、酶水解海带优势：

Laminaria hydrolase is a special enzyme developed for Laminaria japonica (brown algae) , which is refined by submerged fermentation. It can be used as a substrate for both fresh and dry kelp (whole kelp) , and is widely used in seaweed fertilizer processing industry. The advantages of enzymatic hydrolysis of kelp: 1, cost advantages: hydrolysis process without high temperature heating, energy-saving emission reduction, can save more than 20% of the total cost. 2. High quality of hydrolysates: Laminaria japonica can not undergo strong acid-base reaction, and can be hydrolyzed directly by enzyme. 3. The hydrolysate is transparent and light brown with good sense.
