  最适作用pH为6.5~7.5,在pH=6.0~8.0范围内稳定。

  最适作用温度为30℃。

应用范围

  降血酯类(阿托伐他汀、瑞苏伐他汀)医药中间体酶法合成；

  平喘类药(沙丁胺醇)、抗抑郁药物(托莫西汀、氟西汀、度洛西汀)中间体酶法合成；   农药及其他精细化工原料中间体酶法合成。
